What Are The Return & Shipping Policy?

All original artworks featured at El Chavez Ramirez Gallery are carefully handcrafted, making each piece truly unique. As such, we do not accept returns for change of mind after checkout, as the purchase is considered final. Please ensure you are confident in your selection before completing your order.

We take great care in the packaging and delivery of your artwork, but please note that we are not responsible for any damage, mishandling, or delays caused by the courier service.

Returns are only accepted for fine art prints or collectibles that exhibit manufacturing defects or printing errors. Should you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately, and we will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

 

What Are The Shipping Details?

We use DHL/FedEx/LBC and others depending where you are located. For international shipping an estimated time of arrival of 4-15 Days. Local, 2-4 days. Tracking information will be provided.

Our products will be coming from 4 warehouses or gallery, from France, Germany, USA, or Asia depending where the current pieces is located.
